Vegan Thyme is one of my favorite restaurants in the world! It is located in Newbury Park, CA, my favorite area to call home and it enjoys perfect weather year-round.
If you are looking for fresh, non-drenched-in-oil, delicious vegan Thai food, this is your new favorite spot!
I am totally partial to the Cashew Nut Tofu, but I am happy to say that when I venture out of my “habit zone”, to try some of the other items on the menu, I am never disappointed!
Another thing so great about this restaurant is the fact that they have other items besides Thai food. French fries and Boca Burgers, for instance, for those looking for something that they used to eat but now want to be plant-based. Also available are Vegetable Tempura, roasted Brussel Sprouts, Avocado Spring Rolls, Edamame, Soy Beef and great Mexican fare! Visit their website to see the complete menu.
